Le Fantôme de l'Opéra

I've been the Opera browser user for many years. I even don't remember the first version I used. I guess it was 6.x or 7.x. I was happy with its speed, mouse gestures, wand ans other features. The only feature even 10.6x version lacks stability. More and more often I am offered to send a bug report to Opera software. Sometimes I even cannot load a site because of some network issues and only restart helps. With such an approach to quality and stability Opera will never grow its user coverage and popularity.
I never liked Mozilla based browsers for being extremely large and slow.
When Chromium first appeared I was skeptic about it. But I have changed my mind last month. It's fast and stable. There is a growing number of extensions available and I am already using a number of them. Also there is a large field for experiments I can do by myself with writing required extensions.
Well done Google, bye-bye Opera.
